On May 17th, Governor Cooper released North Carolina from several mandates. Here is how that impacts our host facility (The Cove):
-- Temperature Checks: We no longer take temperature checks at the Gatehouse.
-- Masks: Masks are a personal preference but are not required.
-- Social Distancing: We are longer requiring social distancing in common areas and meeting rooms.

GRMF Conference 2021: An Update for Executive Directors and Directors of Development
With real-time video messaging becoming a key part of an engagement strategy with donors, GRMF is excited to offer personalized training for ED's and DOD's to teach tips & tactics to help ensure your effectiveness.
This one-on-one training will be during breakout sessions & will be hosted by Jeff Kliewer, CEO of ViewSpark. Jeff works with over 100 ministries and will provide each of you with a takeaway to strengthen your message.
Space is limited to one time slot per mission with 2-3 attendees from your mission participating during that same time slot.

Attendance at the GRMF Conference 2021, lodging at "The Cove" (3 nights), WiFi access, and parking.
Lodging includes 8 meals. The conference center does not allow carry-in food, and is unable to accommodate special dietary restrictions.

After this date, late fees will apply. If our block of 75 rooms fills up prior to 6/4/21, we may close registration early, so make sure to register as soon as possible! CONFERENCE EXHIBITOR ($100) 1 table for your company/organization, located in the Display Room (you must also pay separately for your conference registration). GOLD SPONSOR ($1000) In addition to receiving 1 Exhibitor table, this sponsorship gives you the opportunity to speak in front of all attendees (and/or use a short video) for 5-10 minutes. Your logo will be on the Conference Schedule and Table Cards at one meal. You will have the choice of location in the Display Room. This sponsorship also grants you a $200 discount on one Conference Registration. SILVER SPONSOR ($500) In addition to receiving 1 Exhibitor table, your organization will be recognized from the podium (during that day/night), and will have a small sign at the Break location (coffee or dessert). |

FLIGHTS
NEAREST AIRPORT
We recommend you fly into Asheville Regional Airport. This airport is located about 15 miles away from the conference center. Prior to the conference: Remember to check current safety regulations, including whether a negative COVID-19 test is required for inter-state flight travel. |
SHUTTLE FROM AIRPORT
The conference center provides a shuttle service between buildings on the property, but is not available to go off-property. They do allow "ride share services" (such as Uber/Lyft) to pick up and drop off at The Cove. They also offer this brochure to help with directions and transportation. The airport provides several shuttle & taxi options, which you're welcome to choose from. Arranging transportation from the airport to the conference center is the responsibility of the conference attendees. One shuttle option to consider: "GrandyCo Transportation Services" is a local Christian-owned company providing service from the airport to Asheville. GandyCo supports the work of the Billy Graham Training Center and provides transportation service to The Cove. They provide a discount rate of $20 each way (per passenger) for 2 or more passengers in the shuttle. Single-passenger trips are $40 each way.
