BENEFITS & COSTS
EXHIBITOR ($100) 1 table for your company/organization, located in the Display Room (you must also pay separately for your conference registration). MEAL SPONSOR ($1000) In addition to receiving 1 Exhibitor table, this sponsorship gives you the opportunity to speak in front of all attendees (and/or use a short video) for 5-10 minutes. Your logo will be on the Conference Schedule and Table Cards. You will have the choice of location in the Display Room. This sponsorship also grants you one free Conference Registration. BREAK SPONSOR ($500) In addition to receiving 1 Exhibitor table, your organization will be recognized from the podium (during that day/night), and will have a small sign at the Break location (coffee or dessert). |

We recommend you fly into the Springfield-Branson National Airport. This airport is located about 1 hour away from the conference hotel. |
SHUTTLE FROM AIRPORT
The conference hotel does not offer shuttle service to/from the airport. We will be offering transportation from the Springfield-Branson National Airport to the Radisson Hotel (about 1 hour away). If you need to make use of this, please mention so in your conference registration form, or send us a note via Facebook. We need to know your arrival time, as well as flight number. After you arrive to the airport and have picked up your luggage, call Timothy (816-786-8671) to let him know you're ready for him to pick you up. As an alternative, you may want to consider using The Branson Loop. |
