Gospel Rescue Mission Fellowship (GRMF) invites you to join us for GRMF Conference 2026 -- hosted by The Billy Graham Training Center ("The Cove").

Pick and choose among the conference seminar offerings.  As you create your own conference schedule, make sure to plan to attend the sessions offered by each of the Platform Speakers.

Whether it’s attending a seminar, gleaning knowledge from our platform speakers, joining in worship, or fellowshipping and networking -- we promise you won’t be disappointed.  Join mission staff and vendors from around the United States.

My prayer is that you will join us to become better encouraged, trained, and equipped in the work God is calling you to fulfill.

Welcome to the 2026 Gospel Rescue Mission Fellowship annual meeting!

We are looking forward to seeing all of you. Not only will these top-notch speakers be present, but we will hear from many of our rescue friends as they teach seminars that will help your missions in many areas.

WHEN IS THE CONFERENCE?

​CONFERENCE BEGINS

Wednesday:  May 6, 2026 @ 3pm (ET)
​
​CONFERENCE FINISHES

​Saturday:  May 9, 2026 @ 10am (ET)

CONFERENCE & HOTEL REGISTRATION

All conference meetings will be held at The Cove.  ​All attendees must be age 17 or above.

 Your one registration form (and one payment) includes all of the following:
Attendance at the GRMF Conference, lodging at "The Cove" (3 nights), 8 meals, Wi-Fi access, and parking.


​All rooms have 24-hour complimentary beverage service.  The conference center does not allow carry-in food, and is unable to accommodate special dietary restrictions. 
INFO ABOUT REGISTRATION

​"Triple Inn" and "Quad Inn" rooms include two Queen Beds.
There are a limited # of roll-away beds available.


If you are staying on site, then you may check into The Cove starting at 3pm on May 6.  You must check out of The Cove by 10am on May 9.
Additional nights are not a part of our contract and may not be available.  Contact the Cove directly with any questions regarding "shoulder dates" (availability and fees).

Registration for non-lodging guests also includes all 8 meals.

Listed prices are for the complete conference event, including all taxes & fees.​ Early Bird rates end on February 28, after which registration will increase $50 per person.

 All conference attendees must complete a registration form with payment, even those that are listed as roommates on another form.

A sponsorship commitment is honored according to date of online registration/payment.  Sponsored day/meal choice selection will be made on the website at the time of sponsorship registration.  Display table selections will be prioritized according to date of registration/payment.​

CONFERENCE EXHIBITOR ($200)
1 table for your company/organization, located in the Display Room (you must also pay separately for your conference registration).


GOLD SPONSOR ($2000)
In addition to receiving 1 Exhibitor table,
opportunity to speak in front of all attendees (and/or use a short video) for 5-10 minutes; plus, your  logo on the Conference Schedule and Table Cards at one meal.​

SILVER SPONSOR ($1000)
In addition to receiving 1 Exhibitor table,
your organization will be recognized from the podium (during that day/night) and will have a small sign at the evening dessert location).

FLYING TO THE CONFERENCE?

NEAREST AIRPORT

We recommend you fly into Asheville Regional Airport.

This airport is located about 15 miles away from the conference center.


SHUTTLE FROM AIRPORT

The conference center provides a shuttle service between buildings on the property, but is not available to go off-property.  They do allow "ride share services" (such as Uber/Lyft) to pick up and drop off at The Cove.  They also offer this brochure to help with directions and transportation.

The airport provides several shuttle & taxi options, which you're welcome to choose from. Arranging transportation from the airport to the conference center is the responsibility of the conference attendees.

One shuttle option to consider:  "GrandyCo Transportation Services" is a local Christian-owned company providing service from the airport to Asheville.

GandyCo supports the work of the Billy Graham Training Center and provides transportation service to The Cove.  They provide a discount rate of $20 each way (per passenger) for 2 or more passengers in the shuttle.  Single-passenger trips are $40 each way.

You may contact them directly to arrange shuttle service for your group.
